We promise we’ll do everything humanly possible to make sure you get your order quickly and without any hand-wringing. Here’s what you need to know about shipping (at least where we’re concerned!):

• Currently, we can ship to street addresses in the United States, Canada, and Internationally.

• Sorry, but we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. This will change as we expand our capabilities We need a little time to recover after getting Little Marmara up and running, but expanded delivery services will eventually make it onto our to-do list. Please be patient with us!

• We ship via UPS, and their shipping rates are our shipping rates. By that we mean that we charge you what UPS charges us. We simply don’t believe in inflating shipping charges to make a little extra money. So your charges will always represent the actual cost of shipping your actual order to your actual zip code. For some foreign orders we are able to ship via USPS First Class for a flat rate of $17.00 for a maximum of 4 pieces(please keep in mind this takes a little longer than UPS Worldwide Saver).

• Your unique shipping charge will calculated during checkout. We’ll show you all the delivery options you can choose from plus the exact cost and shipping time for each.

• All orders take 24 hours to process. (Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method!). Once your order is shipped, you can follow it all the way home via on-line tracking.

• Items sent by Standard Shipping will be delivered by UPS. They should be in your child’s dresser drawer within 10 business days but will often arrive much sooner depending on where you live in relation to where we live.

Two-Day Shipping. Order shipped by Two-Day will arrive in 3 business days (one day to process your order, two to send it.)

Overnight Shipping. Overnight orders will arrive in two business days (one day to process your order and one to send it)
